Biography

   Titina feels she was born to cook. She started cooking at an early age on her family farm in Villa Atamisqui, in northern Argentina. Healthy, nutritious foods were an everyday priority for the Pacheco family.

   Culinary training began for Titina at the age of 18 when she moved to Buenos Aires, where she lived and studied for eight years. She later continued her love and learning of the art of food in the city of La Plata, Argentina.

   In 2002, Titina moved to the United States and started her first successful catering business in Akron, Ohio. After the birth of her first child, she and her family relocated to Houston, where she had her second child and expanded her catering business.

   The next stop for the Pacheco family was their current home in Phoenix, where Titina planted a small productive organic garden in the yard. Fresh herbs and vegetables are an ever-present part of the family meals, as she has always held dear the importance of good nutrition. She is also very proud of the traditional techniques and recipes from her native Argentina, which she now melds with the delicious foods of other countries and cultures.

   In addition to running “Titina’s Catering”, she donates many hours to local charities. Titina feels everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle, and she shares this passion with her community by teaching those around her the art of food and the importance of using fresh ingredients to create delicious and nutritious meals.
